RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersection of streets in the City
of Saratoga is hereby designated as a stop intersection:
LEXINGTON CT. and HERRIMAN AVE.
All vehicles traveling on Lexington Court shall stop before entering
Herriman Avenue. This resolution shall become effective at such
time as the stop sign is erected.
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the .1.6. day of
Marchf 1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Tyler, Burry
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
