RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON SEVERAL~ CITY STREETS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City of
Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area and the following
limit for pa~i_~~~_~.h~.~..~.~is hereby established for said por-
tion of said street:

Section 2: In order to implement the regulations as set forth in
Section 1, Resolution MV-90 (adopted 1/7/75), Resolution
MV-90.1 (adopted 1/15/75), Resolution MV-90.2 (adopted 2/5/75) and any
other resolution in conflict with this resolution, are hereby rescinded.
The remainder of said resolutions not in conflict with this resolution
shall remain in full force and effect.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 18th
day of May, 1977, by the following vote:
