RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING OR STOPPING
AT ANY TIME ALONG FRUITVALE AVENUE FROM
ALLENDALE AVENUE TO DOUGLASS LANE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga. hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets and/or highways in the
City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas and to facili-
tate the proper movement of traffic, the palrking of motor vehicles is pro-
hibited on the portions of the streets and highways hereinafter described:

Fruitvale Avenue On the west side from Allen- No Parking Anytime
dale Ave. to Douglass Lane
Fruitvale Avenue On the east side from Allen.- NO Parking Anytime
dale Ave. to Burgundy Way
SECTION II: In order to implement the regulations as set forth in
Section I, Resolution MV-41 (adopted 5/17/72) and any
other resolution in conflict with this resolution are hereby rescinded.
The remainder of said resolutions not in conflict with this resolution
sahll remain in full force and effect.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council ef the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
5th day of March, 1975, by the following vote:
