RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF SARATOGA
CREEK DRIVE ANDDESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF SCOTLAND
DRIVE AND CUMBB~ND DRIVE AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: The following designated portions of streets and/or high-
ways in the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be con-
gested areas and to facilitate the proper movement of traffic, the parking
of motor vehicles is prohibited on the portions of the streets and highways
hereinafter described:

Saratoga Creek Drive On all sides from Kosich Dr.
to 12O'J northerly No Parking Anytime
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
and/or markings are installed.
SECTION II: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are
hereby designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street Description
Scotland Drive All vehicles traveling on Scotland Drive
both eastbound and westbound shall stop
before entering or crossing the inter-
section thereof with Cumberland Drive
Cumberland Drive All vehicles traveling on Cumberland Drive
southbound shall stop before entering or
crossing the intersection thereof with
Scotland Drive
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are
installed.
SECTION III: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streets in the City of Saratoga
shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to indicate no
driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street Description
Scotland Drive From 100'! westerly of Cumberland Drive
to Buckhaven Lane
Cumberland Drive From Scotland Drive to 100'+ northerly
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper striping
is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
May, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Kraus, Corr, & Matteoni
