AS A THROUGH HIGHWAY PROHIBITING PA~ING OR STOPPING AT ANY TIME ALONG PORTIONS OF TM.E WESTERLY SIDE OF SIXTH STREET ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF CASA BLANCA LANE..:!',..AND BONNET WAY The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: SECTION I: That those portions of Pierce Road within the City limits of Saratoga between State Route #85 and State Route #9 be desig- nated as through highweys and stop signs shall Be erected at all entrances thereto, requiring all vehicles to stop before entering or crossing, said through highways. This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed. The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: SECTION II: Based npon an engineering and traffic study, the following designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga. is hereby declared to be a congested area, and the following time limit for 9~k~n~ of motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion of said street: Name of Street Description Parking Limit Sixth Street The westerly side of Sixth Street ~_~o Parking from Big Basin Way to a point ADytime approximately 190'! southeasterly of the curb return on Sixth Street This section shall become effective at such time a.s the proper signs and/or markings are installed. The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: SECTION III: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections: BONNET WAY AND CASA BLANCA LANE All vehicles traveling on Casa Blanca Lane both eastbound and westbound shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Bonnet Way. All vehicles traveling on Bonnet Way, southbound, shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Casa Blanca Lane. This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted'by the City Council of the City of Sara, toga at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1975, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen, Bridges, Brigham, Kraus~ Cart & Matteuni NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: CITY ~CLERK
