RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RIGHT TURNING LANE
ON ALLENDALE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study and pursuant
to Vehicle Code, State of California, Section 22101, the
hereinafter described streets or portions of streets shall permit only the
right turn movement of vehicles:
Turning
Names of Street Description Requirement
Allendale Avenue The southern-most, eastbound lane Right turn only
of Allendale Ave. from the College
entrance #1 to 100'~ westerly there-
of.
This section shall become effective a.t such time as the proper signs
and markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 20th day
of August,. 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus, Carr & Matteo.i
NOES: None
