RESbLUTION RESTRICING PORTION OF OAK
STREET TO TWO HOUR PARKING AND PROHIBITING
PARKING ON PORTION OF OAK STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as

Section 1: Based upon an engineering 'and traffic study,
the following designated portion of street
and highway in the City of Saratoga is hereby declared
to be a congested area, and the following time limit for
parki~..of motor vehicles is hereby established for said
portion of said street and highway:

northeasterly thereof.
Section 2: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portion of street
and highway in the City of Saratoga is hereby declared
to be a congested area, and parking of motor vehicles
is hereby p. Eohibited for said portion of said street and

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on %ke 2nd day of NovelPer, 1966, by the following vote=
AYES: Councilmen Burry, Robbins, Hartman, Tyler.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Glennon
