A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING RESOL~ON
NO. MV-9-A
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1966, the City Council adopted Resolution No.
MV-9-A restricting a portion of Oak Street to two hour parking and prohibiting parking
on a portion of Oak Street; and
WHEREA~, the Council desires to rescind Section 1 of Resolution No. MV-
9-A which establishes a two hour parking limit on a portion of Oak Street,
NOW, THERBI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga as follows:
1. Section 1 of Resolution No. MV-9-A is hereby repealed and declared
to be of no further force or effect.
2. The Maintenance Director is instructed to modify the parking signs
on Oak Street consistent with this Resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 4th day of
May , 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmentors Andersen, Cleve~ger and Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Moyies and Mayor "
